Driveway and Concrete Cleaning in Lake Jackson, TX: Lift Years of Grime and Oil

Concrete does not look dirty until you clean half of it. Then the line down the middle tells you exactly how much was sitting there.

Excellent job. Appreciate the clear communications during the process. Thank you for bringing life back to my deck.

Oil Stains, Rust and Tire Marks: What Comes Out

Most of what stains a driveway responds to the right treatment applied before the wash, not to more pressure. Oil that soaked in years ago needs a degreaser and dwell time. Rust from a planter or a sprinkler line needs a rust remover, and no amount of scrubbing substitutes for it.

  • Motor oil and transmission drips, including older soaked in stains
  • Rust runs from sprinklers, planters and metal furniture
  • Tire marks and rubber scuffing
  • Algae and the green film that makes concrete slick after rain
  • Leaf tannin and the dark shadows under trees
  • Mud and silt left behind after storm season

Surface Cleaning That Won't Etch Your Concrete

A wand held in one place burns a stripe into concrete that never comes out. Those zebra marks are the most common damage we get called in to fix, and they are permanent.

We use a rotating surface cleaner that keeps pressure moving and even across the whole slab, so the finish is uniform and the concrete is not damaged. Edges and tight corners are then detailed by hand so there is no border of untouched grime around the clean area.

Driveways, Sidewalks, Patios and Curbs

The driveway is usually the reason for the call, and the sidewalk and curb next to it are what make the finished job actually look right. Cleaning one and not the others is why some driveways look worse after a wash.

Pool decks and patios get the same treatment with extra attention to what is planted around them and to any coating already on the surface.

Very fast and professional! My driveway looks amazing! Will be using them again in the future for sure.

Driveway Cleaning Prices

A standard two car driveway generally runs between $80 and $225. Add the sidewalk and curb and most jobs land between $150 and $300, which is the combination most people actually want.

Heavy oil treatment or rust removal is quoted on top, because those take product and time rather than another pass with the machine.
